Arc Partners provides services in the following concentrated areas:
- Operations and Service Delivery — for example, process optimization, customer interaction models, and risk management and compliance
- Business Value Management — profitability and pricing of products and entities, score-carding and management reporting, and cost architecting
- IT Strategy, Architecture, and Performance Improvement — enterprise architecture development, outsourcing/off-shore strategy and implementation, and independent reviews of programs, processes and operations
Candidates will ideally have prior consulting experience, or a strong motivation to leverage an outstanding corporate track record as a management consultant. Arc Partners is a very hands-on, open organization that is focused on providing the best service and advice to our clients. A team orientation is essential. Travel is required for all positions.
