and board members of financial services, media and entertainment, manufacturing and distribution companies has consistently
resulted in business process and technology solutions that deliver real value to current and future operating models.
Brendan O'Sullivan is a founder and a Managing Director of Arc Partners.
He has extensive experience in planning, designing and implementing critical process and technology solutions for global financial services companies. In more than twenty years of
consulting and management experience, most recently as the Chief Operating Officer for Global Technology at JP Morgan, he has
consistently brought high value and demonstrable results to his employers and clients. Brendan has presented extensively on the
topic of technology value management.
John Marinelli is a Managing Director of Arc Partners, with more than twenty years of consulting and management experience focused on delivering business and technology solutions to senior
executives. He has an extensive background in all aspects of technology planning, design, implementation, and support for companies in the financial
services sector. John has managed large-scale projects in areas such as Technology Architecture Design, Business Continuity and
Disaster Recovery Planning, IT Management Practices Improvement, Customer Relationship Management, and Technical
Infrastructure Standardization. Having worked as a senior IT manager at global financial institutions prior to joining Arc enables John
to have a strong hands-on understanding of the challenges and opportunities his clients are presented with on a day-to-day basis.
Directors
Jim Longwell
is a Director at Arc Partners, with over twenty years of
financial services experience focused on capital markets operations and
strategic project management. He is conversant in all aspects of IT,
operations, and project management, and has direct experience with
designing and excuting efficient IT and operations processes within the
context of overlapping regimes. Prior to joining Arc Partners, James
worked at UBS in its global FX and treasury operations group. He has an
MBA in finance from New York University’s Stern School, and also completed
doctoral level work at Columbia University.
Kevin O’Neill is a Director at Arc Partners, with over twenty years experience
as a business manager and management consultant. Since joining Arc Partners in 1999, Kevin has performed twenty-seven business and technology
consulting engagements on behalf of ten client firms. As a seasoned electronic banking business manager from JP Morgan Chase, Kevin led
significant achievements in the areas of revenue growth, product development, merger integration, and customer satisfaction.
Kevin earned an MBA with distinction from Carnegie Mellon University and majored in Math and Economics at Dickinson College.
David Recca is a Director at Arc Partners. His diverse background and extensive consulting experience in information technology
and business processes enables him to provide clients with innovative solutions that help to reduce costs while maintaining or
improving services. David’s experience includes, analysis and design of back office processes, development and implementation of
information systems, and the design and implementation of both project and program management offices. David has over twenty
years of consulting experience servicing small, mid-sized, and large global organizations.
